We'll arrange to visit your property to assess its current condition, evaluate the unique characteristics and challenges of your location, take initial measurements and photos to inform our planning and discuss possibilities directly in the space where work will occur.

Detailed planning

Based on our site visit and discussions, we develop a comprehensive project plan.

We consider the specific conditions of your location, our materials are selected for durability, aesthetics, and suitability for the Sounds environment.

Transparent quoting

You'll receive a detailed quote outlining all aspects of the work including a clear breakdown of costs for materials, labour, and any specialised requirements.

Options are presented where appropriate to accommodate different budget levels and a timeline projection that accounts for weather considerations and logistics.

Fine-tuning the details

Upon review of the proposal we remain available for questions and adjustments you may require.

We will then confirm material selection, design elements and finalise all project specifications.

Contract & scheduling

You may be required to sign a contract outlining all agreed-upon work including confirmation of start dates and project milestones.

We will work with you to arrange any deposit required and payment schedules along with securing any necessary consents.

Site preparation

We will ensure careful preparation of your property to minimize disruption including protection of existing structures and features and coordination of material deliveries to your location.

Construction phase

We will provide regular progress updates throughout the construction, adhere to agreed timelines (weather permitting), conduct on-site problem solving for any unexpected challenges and ongoing quality checks against our high standards.

Transparency throughout

You can expect clear communication about any necessary changes or adjustments, regular opportunities to view progress and discuss the work and prompt responses to any questions or concerns you may have.

Final walkthrough

A guided tour of the completed works including detailed explanation of any new features or systems will be conducted, along with verification that all aspects meet your expectations and we will work with you to address any final adjustments or touch-ups.

Handover & follow-up

We will undertake a cleanup and remove all construction materials, provision of any relevant care instructions or documentation, final paperwork and payment completion and follow-up communication to ensure your continued satisfaction.

Future support

We remain available to answer questions about your completed project, recommendations for maintenance to protect your investment and priority consideration for future projects or additions.
